AI Ethics & Responsible Use at Work
Four questions that resolve real workplace decisions, plus bias, confidentiality, disclosure, and a one-page policy people will actually follow.
AI ethics discussion usually happens at a height where nothing gets decided. This course works at the level of the decisions you actually face: whether to paste that document, whether to disclose that draft, whether to screen applicants with that tool. You will get four questions that resolve most of them, then work through the risks that materialise most often: bias and where it really enters, confidentiality as a duty independent of what is enforceable, and misrepresentation, which is what nearly every AI honesty problem turns out to be. It closes on the question most guidance avoids, what you owe colleagues whose work your automation removes, and a one-page policy that answers the five questions staff actually have.
